"The purpose of this organization shall be the advancement of knowledge, education, and skill in the art and science of Landscape Architecture as an instrument of service in the public welfare. To this end the organization shall promote the profession of Landscape Architecture and advance the practice through advocacy, education, communication, and fellowship. Additionally, the purpose of this organization shall be to promote the profession Of Landscape Architecture within the College of Architecture and greater University, to provide enrichment activities for the student body and to Promote a sense of community within the landscape architecture program.
