About Us

SigEp was founded with the Cardinal Principles of Virtue, Diligence and Brotherly Love. Our mission is “Building Balanced Men.” We envision a new generation of men who lead with purpose and strong personal values, develop a sound mind and sound body through healthy, disciplined habits, and fulfill their potential through lifelong relationships. We seek to be the largest and best fraternity on every campus, accessible to every young man — because a new generation of SigEp leaders can transform communities and change the world.

Members Benefits

Balanced Man Program SigEp’s Balanced Man Program (BMP) enables our young men to strengthen their character, build leadership and interpersonal skills, and learn to develop healthy, lifelong relationships that are essential to a successful and fulfilling life. SigEp Learning Communities SigEp Learning Communities provides undergraduate brothers with a living and learning environment for purposeful, real-life application of their academic studies. Leadership Programs The Fraternity offers five different local, regional and national leadership programs designed not only to help brothers run a successful chapter, but to become stronger leaders for the rest of their lives. Service Learning Service learning is a critical element of the experience provided in the Balanced Man Program. Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is our single national philanthropic and service-learning partner. Membership Perks SigEp membership includes both a lifetime responsibility and a lifetime of benefits. Among those benefits are a number of discounts and opportunities available through the Fraternity’s corporate partners. Awards The Fraternity is proud to support and encourage brothers and volunteers for demonstrating the values of the Fraternity in their chapter experiences, careers and personal lives.
