Professional Development! SHPE-IIT equips members for life after college with targeted workshops and company connections. Outreach and Volunteering! SHPE-IIT gives back to the community with varied volunteering and educational events each semester. SHPEtinas! Launched in Fall of 2024, a vibrant and supportive community whose mission is to accelerate and affirm Latina representation at all levels of STEM corporate and academic leadership. SHPE's values are: Familia: We take responsibility for our collective strength and passion by developing communities, building a diverse and inclusive membership, and challenging each other to be our best.
