Project: Market Analysis for Gallagher Insurance Growth Strategy
Company Information: Gallagher is one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting firms.
Timeline: Phase 1 – First half of Spring 2026 semester (with potential Phase 2 extension)
Time Commitment: 5–8 hrs/week (8–10 hrs/week if applying for Project Manager role)
Application Deadline: Monday, December 15, 11:59 PM CT
Qualifications: Students interested in consulting, market research, or business strategy. Experience in data analysis, industry research, or familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Research and analyze Ohio’s GDP growth by industry sector
- Identify the top 5–10 sectors driving growth
- Determine how many companies operate in these sectors and which are headquartered in Ohio
- Provide insights on emerging industries to guide Gallagher’s underwriting expansion and hiring strategy
