The VanderCook College of Music Percussion Club is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community for students of VanderCook College of Music and the Illinois Institute of Technology. Our mission is to provide a platform for passionate individuals to immerse themselves in the rich world of percussion arts, fostering a lifelong love for rhythm and musical expression.
- Access to Day of Percussion: a one day event held in the spring semester featuring an entire day of percussion related performances and clinics from top percussionists. - An all expense paid for trip to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra to receive a master class from the assistant principal timpanist Vadim Kaprinos -and the opportunity to go to PASIC, the biggest percussion convention in the United States hosted in Indianapolis, Indiana.
