Food Provided (We are hoping to have this event catered by Chartwells to provide light refreshments and snacks for attendees. This will help create a welcoming and relaxed environment for new students to engage with the department and one another. To accommodate the expected turnout and ensure a welcoming experience, we are planning to order the following items: 2 Big Game Bundles (includes a variety of snacks and finger foods) 2 Vegetarian Pizzas (topped with peppers, onions, and mushrooms) 1 Dozen Brownies 1 Dozen Assorted Cupcakes (chocolate and yellow cake with icing) These selections are intended to provide a mix of savory and sweet options for attendees during the event.
