Membership Benefits
Members gain valuable experience in leadership roles, organizing events and solving difficult problems. They receive guidance and mentorship from older members and grow their career readiness through professional readiness events. Additionally, the shelter itself provides a sandbox that teaches standards and allows brothers to get creative with how they want to live. It is a home away from home for hundreds of Delts present and past.
