The Scarlet C-Suite Program is a comprehensive program offered by Career Services. The purpose of the program is to elevate students career readiness and success, during and beyond Illinois Tech.

Learn your strengths and how you might use them in the workplace! Complete a strengths self-assessment before the workshop. During the session, we will discuss practical applications for workplace success and future career endeavors. Join us to discuss how to use your strengths in the workplace for optimal performance, to help guide your career path, and to attain job satisfaction.

**Please Note: The Self-Assessment takes 2 hours to complete. You must do the Assessment prior to the workshop!
