Mission
The Black Student Union-IIT Chapter is the social advocate for African American students at Illinois Institute of Technology. We strive to provide effective communication between administrators and Black students on campus, promote social/cultural awareness on campus, and unity among IIT's Black community. We also strive to empower our community through community service, focusing on academically and professionally advancing future generations via tutoring, mentoring, and special projects.
