ALPFA is a professional association that is focused on helping students develop as leaders by
providing scholarships, fellowships, mentorships, and professional networking opportunities. Our mission is to enhance members' leadership skills and instill integrity, credibility, and ethics. ALPFA's members and partners are committed to professional growth, integrity, culture,
relationship building, service, inclusiveness, and teamwork.

Membership Benefits
The Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) offers students skills that will
help them grow both personally and professionally. Students will benefit from professional and
leadership development, networking and career opportunities, workshops, scholarships and
